I'm currently developing different applications based on TAPI which work together with the callmanager infrastructure. Can anybody tell me how I can create an application which can monitor line states. A bit like what the webattendant does. Webattendant is using something which is called "Line State Server". It is build up of 2 components. one is a server side line state server service on the callmanager. The other is a client side application running in the background of the webattendant user.
I want to be able to check in my applications the state of a line. Can I use the Line State Server for this ? If yes, is it documented ? and if so, where can I find this information
If I can not use the line state server, how should I do this then ?
I really need an solution for this very urgently.
I asked it several times to cisco engineers, but nobody really wants to comment on this.

the softkeys. You enable or disable them via TCL. Here is the long
answer. Be sure to read the whole thing or e...
