link to latest version of jtapi

i looked thru cisco's site i couldn't find where to download the latest jtapi, can anyone please provide me the link?

Just download the jtapi from your CallManager Plugins page. This is the version of jtapi you should use unless otherwise instructed by TAC.

Also with IPCC Express 3.0 you can use the JTAPI Update utility which is nice and easy.

Start -> Program Files --> CRA Administrator --> JTAPI Update Tool

I will run this to update my ICD JTAPI versions afer I upgrade my CCM software.

The JTAPI update tool helps you to make sure the JTAPI client version is same on Call Manager, CRS Server and for the CAD Desktop.

When you run the JTAPI update make sure you run it all the way even though on the first screen it shows the versions are current, since this tool updates the desktop directory which makes sure that the CAD desktop will run the current version.
