I am looking for a way to reconcile my voice recording system with the Call Manager and CCM. I can see that there are various keys around e.g. ICRCallKey on the IPCC awdb databas Termination_Call_Detail table and the destLegIdentifier on the CCM CallDetailRecord table. I can't however see any shared key that I could use to match these records.
has anybody got any idea on how this could be achieved. Any help gratefully received. I am using Call Manager 4 and IPCC 6.
