When Cisco Unity is set to supervise transfers, does it "burn" a lisence while the caller is on hold and Unity ti trying to connect the call?<br><br>My suspicion is yes but...<br><br>
a supervised transfer is holding onto a port while it's witing for the phone to answer or return RNA/Busy... so in this sense it's "burning" a license, yes. If you do release transfers the call is let go and the port is released.
