Live record!!

Hi,

I want to ask about the live reocrd feature. Does Call Manager support live record and if so, how to config this feature on Unity and CCM?

Currently live record is not supported with CM - We'll need support for it on the CM side of the fence. Your best bet is to ask your account team to add you to the PERS for live record so the product folks know how to prioritize such work.
