Live Record

Is the Live Record feature available with the Call Manager integration? If so, how is the record session initiated? Are there any special setup requirements?<br><br>Thanks in Advance,<br><br>Steve Radogna<br><br><br><br>

It's not currently touted as a feature. There might be some ways to dink around with conferences and transfer overrides, but there's no official "live record" feature.

We are working on live record for Unity and CallManger but the feature will not be included in 3.0(1).
