Live Record

Any way to get Live Record to work with Call Manager 3.08?<br>I have a customer that would like 2-3 users to be able to record selective calls.<br><br>

Not at this time... for live record to work CM will need to send us a special packet indicating the incoming call is a live record request from extension X and currently that's not possible.

it's definitely been asked for, however, so the product folks are pushing on it...

Put the caller on hold, hit transer to your extension number and transer again. This will record it in your mailbox. Kind of clumsy, but works none the less.
