Load balancing CCM centralized

i have an environment where call manager is in location A and most of the phones are in location B. location B has a pri for incoming and out going calls. In some cases i will want the phones in location B to go out through a pri in location A. Location A and B are connected via 2 T1 links . I want to load balance the 2 T1's and provide QOS over the links. Should i use CEF for per destination load balancing? what QOS technique would you suggest?

Use "Interface multilink to bundle the two T1"

which means you'll be running layer 2 ecap ppp.

I appreciate the suggestion. Why would you choose ppp multilink instead of cef switching per destination? just curious what your reasons would be.
