i'm having the problem tha ti am locked out of my SAWeb in unity. i have tried to re associate my example administrator with another user. That is not do it. any other ideas?
If you haven't changed the administrator Class of Service you can import a new user using that Cos. Check the help file for the import program on how to make a CSV file for the import process.
