Locked up ports

Hi, I was working on a 2.46135 system this morning where the users were complaining about busy signals when calling unity. I noticed calls were only going in to the system on ports 6 and 8.(8 port system). The status monitor showed all ports idle. When I tried to reset port one, the program locked up and I got a windows error about the program not responding. It appeared that callmanager thought 6 of 8 ports were busy but unity didn't show that.<br>Any ideas as to the cause? Rebooting the system fixed it for now.<br>Thanks, Rich.<br><br>

Any number of things could have caused this. The best way to trouble shoot a locked port system is to set traces on Unity and CCM during the lock and investigate those traces. Since the system has been restarted, you could take a look in Unity's app log to see if there were any errors leading up to the lock.
