Locking? IP7960 phone

I am trying to find out if there is anyway to lock or otherwise secure an IP phone from being used at certain times of the day. Our office has a shared reception and have some worries about the phone their being used by non-company personnel. Ideally some sort of password protection would be useful so the receptionist can lock the phone whenever she is not there, however we could cope if there was a way of setting times for the extension to be active. We use version 3.0(12) of Callmanager (and we are looking to upgrade so if it is something supported in later versions that is an option)

You can use Extension Mobility feature to configure device profiles for users instead of physical phone, so they login using their password and get their permissions and settings. It works on 3.1 version but if you are upgrading the system i would go for the latest 3.3 with all new features. It works for 7940/7960 phones
