This guy does a lot of things coordinating the files that the reports folks use to generate stuff. But one of the things it does (which is probably why you're asking about it) is it takes care of deleting log files that have expired (diag logs, data logs for reports, and fax log files). It gets a little over stressed if it looks for a log file that it thinks should be there but isn't when it goes to delete them and lots an ugly looking error in the event log. These can be ignored. It's just looking for the fax log files all the time (even if ActiveFax isn't installed) and barking about them not being there.
