Hello,

a customer uses Unity3.02 Voice mail System on a Win 2000 Server (DC) with Exchange2000. The Unity server have its own Domain. The Problem is when the customer uses the Administration Interface from a Remote PC he often gets the login prompt if he jumps to another site of Unity. How can I prevent that I only have to login on the beginning of the session and not on every site change?

Thanks Achim

You will be promtped to login the first time you access the SA and then again when you access a page that contains the media master (VCR type control for recording voice names and greetings). After that you should not be asked to authenticate again in that session. This is becuase the media master uses DCOM and can't get the security token from the current session and has to get its own. You'll always have this behavior if you have Unity in another domain from the one you authenticate in and a two way trust is not established.
