I have a config question. If I logon onto my mailbox from the outside world and do so by dialing * in the opening greeting. I listen to my messages and I would like to call the person's extension that just left my message. I press ** then I hear please enter you mailbox number. I press * again in the hopes of getting the opening greeting so that I can transfer. The system hangs up on me instead! Is there a way to dial digits so that I can exit to a specific call handler instead of hanging up. Or at least exit to opening greeting. Thanks.<br><br>
