Long delays.

I am using Unity V. 2.4.6. I am having problems with long delays on greetings when calling into Unity( not all the time). Sometimes I will get up to 10 seconds of silence after voice-mail answers before I get the password prompt or before I( get the Gen. greeting. Help!
