Does anyone know how to dial extra digits on the Cisco 7935 phone? We have implemented long distance codes. Essentially, when a long distance number is dialed, I hear a tone and input my long distance access code. It works on 7910,7940, and 7960, but on the 7935, the keypad does not do anything when I key in the code.

CSCdv17016 is the DDTS number. A few people have experienced this issue.
If you like, open a TAC case and ask your engineer to link the case to this DDTS.
