Long distance calls from Outlook

Hi All,

when calling an International number from Outlook it takes more then 20 sec. Dialing the same number directly on the phone takes half the time. I don't have the problem when calling national numbers from Outlook. Please help me...

Check the bugs for your issue CSCdv72285 and CSCea63682. It seems this is an issue with CTI manager.

Add a # to the end of the number. Works great.
