Long Distance calls Not Blocked

I have an issue where phones that should not be allowed to make long distance calls can. I have checked the dial plans and CSS and all is correct. If I run the Dial Number analyzer it shows the call blocked yet when I make the call from the phone it goes through. I have even add a specific block dial plan and assigned that to the Line CSS and the call still goes through. The CallManagers are running 3.3(4)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi,

Configure a detailed ccm trace on the server on which your phone is registered through which you make the call and post the trace with the called and calling party number ,so that we can see whats happenning.

Try resetting phones from CM.
