long rings

We are using CallManager with a 2600 as a voice gateway. We are also using Unity as the VM. The clients are 7960s. The problem is once in a while the inbound caller will receive a really long ring. 10-15 secs. (The caller from the PSTN) Whats up?

What you will need to do is read through this, open a case with TAC to guide you through. Or if I have time I can look it up on CCO.

This is what they will need.

1. show version from 2600 gateway.

2. 7960 firmware version (can be found on call manager, or through the phone menu.

Which call manager version (be specific)

What I needed was to upgrade IOS 12.1(5)T. Fixed.
