My company has home agents making survey calls from their home phones using calling cards. We also have a Cisco VOIP infrastructure at the company head quarter office using CallManager, vg200 gateways, and Unity.
We want the home agents to be able to dial into the company VOIP networks, punch in a PIN number, then be able to dial out. It should work the same way phone card systems are working.
