looking for example config -> 2x 1750 w. fxo & fxo

I tried the following setup:

analog phone --- fxs -1750 - wic1t --- wic1t -1750-fxo---pabx

and am looking for the following functionality:

dial out from the phone to other phones behind the pabx and vice versa.

any info appreciated !
