Have lost use of the Information Button and more importantly the Corporate Directory on the 7940s/7960 we have.
Some of the handsets on for more than 1 day 12 hours retain these functions.
When pressing the "i" button and any other key we get either a bit of truncated HTML as below or a truncated ID like: "390-AAB3-C6E193F293A6}" which differs on each phone.

We have checked the URLs in Enterprise Parameter Configuration and all are correct in both the Call Manager and the handset
Any suggestions?

Resolved the problem by yet another reload of the Server.

When we had this problem, it was due to some internal systems with Code Red bugs (see previous threads). Have you ran an analyser check?

Thanks for the feedback. We will monitor and get the customer to check the rest of equipment. All the patches/security updates have been applied to Call Manager
