lost audio

Call VM pilot, get greeting, ask to enter password. Lose audio, followed by incorrect password. Only receive 50% of audio. Any help or guide would by highly appreciated.<br><br>Thank you.<br><br><br>

Do you have more than one NIC in the Unity or does the Unity have 2 IP addresses?

Does this happen from internal and external calls?

Is the Unity on the same subnet as the phone?
