Lost Call History

I have a user who lost his call history. Does anyone know what log file/message will show if a user "clears" the history? I suspect it is being cleared by mistake.

if the phone was restarted,it will loose all call history.

Each of the missed/received/placed calls directories can hold a maximum of the 32 most recent entries. Calls made beyond that, and they drop the oldest records. They are not aged out, and don't clear with EM login/logout or a soft reset. But a power reset or Clear softkey will clear them.

Thanks for your response, the logs show that the phone was not reset or recycled. I am hoping there is a log file with a specific statement that will point me to an "accidental" clearing of the history.
