Lost Corporate Directory /Call History When CM Ip address changed (cm 3.12c

We changed the CM Ip adddress . We also changed the URls in The enterprise parametes to the New ip Address. When we hitthe Directories button, we get "Host not Found" Anywhere else we can look? Thanks

In my experience, you have to have the entries in you LMhosts file correct. Also, you should us IP addresses in the enterprise parameters, vs. DNS names. Hope this helps.

Also, have you rebooted the CCM?

I think the TFTP service has to be stopped and restared - obviously a reboot should work also.
