Low volume on call handlers on analog lines

We just setup a message tree on Unity (3.1.4) for some extensions that are on our Dialogic card analog portion of Unity - after recording them the volume is pretty low (actually it's somewhat low on a lot of the analog lines - but particularly low on these call handles - is there anything we can do?

Thanks!

Re: Low volume on call handlers on analog lines

Check out the 3.1(4) troubleshooting guide here:

There's a section in there for "Dialogic Voice Card Automatic Gain Control and Registry Settings" that might be of help here. Sounds like you need to bump up the record volume on the Dialogic cards to match the volume being used by the CM ports.
