Low Volume on Outside Calls

I'm getting low volume on user greetings & system prompts when calling across a T1 into a 2600 only. Internal call volume to Unity is perfect. I didn't think there is anything to change for the AGC. I thought this is on by default. <br><br>Volume between an end user and outside caller, across the same T1, sound fine.<br><br>Running 3.1(2c) Any ideas???<br><br>thanks,<br>matt<br><br>

I am seeing the exact same symtoms with Unity 3.1(2) in my environment. Did you have any luck?
