low volume

every now and then a user is experiencing poor voice quality, predominately its a dip in volume and then normal volume levels return.

is this a qos issue?

Is this happening on external calls only or both internal and external?

If this is just one user, try swapping the phone with a spare one to see if the phone is a bad one.

_usually_ volume changes are not a QOS issue. It could be with the load/ ver of the GW or the ERL parameters/ impedence/ input gain/output attenuation on th voice port etc..
