Does anyone know if Unity is compatible with Lucent's Intuity voice mail system? I am specifically looking for the ability to forward messages from one system to the next.<br><br>
Currently there's no easy way to transfer messages being Unity and any Lucent system.
AMIS protocol support is probably what you're looking for here... I don't think the Intuity supports any snappy SMTP gateway interface we could forward messages back and forth through (someone can feel free to correct me if I'm wrong). AMIS support is planned for the 2.5 release of Unity but there's no firm release date set for that at the moment... work is under way however.
