After our client PC has been installed ViewMail, We got a "Marco Warning" when opening outlook 2000. The message didn't go away until click the Enable/Disable Marco button.<br>Is there any method can prevent this message appear.<br><br><br>

This is expected behaviour. Does not normally show up on faster machines.

actually... you may be able to get this to go away with a registry setting... Try going to this branch in the registry:
HKLM\Software\Active Voice\TeLANophy\
And add a string key called
"Macro Enable String"
Set it to "Warning: Opening "Untitled""
(yes, you want quotes around "Untitled" there)
Looks like it might be a problem with the VMO setup on some machines for some reason or another. Worth trying out anyway.
