Maestro Tools for memory leak?

What are maestro tools? I had the memory leak problem (event 2019) and would like to know if a permanent fix is available for this problem. I'm running Unity 3.0.2.<br><br>

Maestro Tools is the utility in Cisco Unity 3.0 to enable the writing of diagnostic information to logs. Check out the Cisco Unity 3.0 troubleshooting guide for information on setting traces: http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_unity/unity30/tsg/tsg301/index.htm in the Introduction > Logs and Traces section.

I am not sure what specific memory leak even 2019 you are referring to, but I can tell you that there are some fixes for memory leaks in 3.1(2) which is posted on CCO. I recommend upgrading to 3.1(2). http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/unity-31 You would need to download the full CD images to go from 3.0(2) to 3.1(). Check out the release notes, they have some good info on upgrading.
