Mailbox Full

Customer has said that they increased the size of a users exchange mailbox as it was full. Now Unity said that they can not record or transfer messages.

My guess is that Unity has not picked up the change they made in Exchnage. I there was way to check or force this. Unity 4.02

As you can see the change isn’t going to be instantaneous. Assuming that it has been replicated to the GC you can open up the SA and browse to System -> Configuration. From there you can chick Changed Objects in the Replicate Cisco Unity Directory Objects section.
