Daytime all calls from PSTN directly ring operator's phone whose extension is 7777 through CCM and operator answers the calls. After hours operater manually forward call to message by press forward all on the IP phone, also in Unity server I added forwarded call routing rule : call forwarded from 7777 goes to aftrer hour greeting. Everything works fine. Now we want to set up 7777 as a mailbox for the operator. My question is: If operator press forward all to message , what will caller hear during day time or afterhour?Unity openning greeting or operator's mailbox greeting? I am confused here.
