I have just upgraded from 2.45 to 3.1.2. When viewing the users pages the total mailbox size field reads UNAVAILABLE. messages are going in and can be collected. when I run the message usage report box sizes are listed correctly. This is running as a stand a lone system on exchange 5.5. Is this a bug? Or can any one give me an idea?<br><br>Dave White<br><br>

This is a bug. It's not specific to 5.5 or your configuration... just a bug in the SA getting that value and populating it on the page. I don't have a bug ID handy at home.

The bug is not yet resolved in any build.
