How can I set up mailbox storage ? Our requirement for every user is 15 minutes. Where can I configure this? If there is a way,can I set up this under a group or COS, so that I don't have to define this for every user one by one?

the mailbox store limits are defined in Exchange and you can't edit them via the Unity SA. You can setup site defaults that apply to everyone or you can use "one-off" for each user... this is done in the Exchange administrator under the limits tab of the mail user properties.

If you are using G711 uLaw, this comes out to about 8 Kb/sec of recording time. At 480 K a minute that's around 7.2 meg. 15 minutes of space is a little tight... I'd at least round up to 10 meg a user if you can. Nice even number is easier to work with as well.

I think it is G.711, but G.711 is 64k/s . It's not compressed. Right?

By default Unity used uLaw 711 8Khz mono which is 8Kb/sec.
