I´m using Unity 4.0, IPPS 1.2(3), CCM 3.3.(3) and have a problem playing Voicemail from the IPPS menu. Reading e-mails on the phone works fine, also I can see the Voicemails in the "Inbox". But when I try to access one of them, the display only says "Error playing the voice message". I´m not using Ext.Mobility, so the Bug that is documented on the web does not fit for me. I´m not using PA, but I think, I don´t need it for playing Voicemessages?!
Verify that MailView license is enabled on the Unity server. Also have you seen CSCin13495 and CSCdy08615. Workaround is to use phone load 100. Try that and it might work. Also see this troubleshooting document. Could be of help.
