Mailview , Productivity services and phone reboot

I can not resolve a problem with Cisco Productivity services;

I want to listen my voice mail on the 7940 by using ip phone productivity services.

So I select Productivity services, then Mailview, then Check Unity Voice mail, and when I select a voice mail to listen to it the phone reboots !!

Sometimes all is working !!

My version of callmanager is 3.2.I use unity 2.4.6 with exchange 5.5.

I have integrated Active directory with the callmanager

Check with the latest phone load file. Also check if there is any instability in the network when the reset happens.
