Main greeting

I need to change the default greeting on the Unity system but don't know how. The person who set it up is out of town. I know what the number is to call in remotely to check voicemail but can't find where it is setup at. Can any one point me in the right direction?<br><br>

You need to rerecord the greeting for the CallHandler being used from the /saweb page. It can't be done completely over the phone. Most likely you are using the Opening Greeting CallHandler. Once you get to the page you can click the question make button for the help menus.
