Main Greetings

OK stupid question time. Is there any way to set up a CallHandlers greetings by just calling in via the phone and recording them like a subsribers mailbox. <br><br>Scenario: Say the company decides to close due to weather. Can I as a Admin person, call the main line and record an appropriate greeting if my main greeting is a Call Handler. <br><br>I can do this if I set the main greeting up on a Subscriber box but that takes up a user license when doing that. Right now, the only way I can see is by using the AA or SA with the Media master bar to change the recordings.<br><br>Thanks in advance<br><br><br><br>

Not a stupid question... this is a correct observation, unfrotunately. The only way to do this currently via the telephone is to use a subscriber. The call handler greeting change item has been on the "to do" list for a while but it has this annoying habbit of dropping off when more pressing stuff comes up. I believe it's currently on deck for 3.2...
