Making Unity louder

My network users are complaining that the voice in Unity (I am not sure if her name is Sally or Leslie) has a low volume. It think this can probably be increased under 'conversations' for both individual subscribers and all subscribers (via the template). However, I tried it on a test account and it did not seem to make much of a difference.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Re: Making Unity louder

Hi,

You can try to use the SetVolume tool, which is available on CCO/Voice software/Unity/unity utlilties or www.answermonkey.net.

With this tool, you can manage to edit all system prompts or individual subscriber volume.

Hope this will do.

Set Volume will only run on a server with Unity 3.1(1) or later installed on it.

Re: Making Unity louder

You have different options based on which version of Unity and which PBX integration you have.

If you have 3.1 you can use a combination of the Set Volume utility and Automatic Gain Control (AGC):
