Malicious Call Recording

With Cisco Call Manager 4.1 and Unity, we need to be able to record the conversation when the call is identified as Malicious Call. I wonder whether there is such kind of solution by pressing the softkey. It should be either recorded to Unity or just an external recorder.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

One option would be to use the Unity Live Record feature. Take a look at the following link.
