I would like to know how people are managing IPtel infrastructures today. What element management system plugins are available for monitoring and maintaining a IP Voice environment for things like performance issues and fault detection . Basically is there any direction towards mapping IP tel solutions into the FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance and security) operational model. If this doesn't exist what tools and processes and procedures are being used.
