Managing remote Call Managers

Hi,

I am wonder if a solution exists to monitor several remote call managers on serveral remote sites and for several customers. I Know we can check the eventlog of each Call Manager and /or receive the traps on a syslog. But does it exist a product who does that in an integrated manner ?

I see a lot of advertisement for Prognosis ... is that product Ok the needs I have ? What are your comments about prognosis ?

I tried the Syslog, it wasn't very helpful. Unfortunately, you get a flood of info depending on how many phones you have. With 400 phones I am getting 1000+ syslogs per hours off 3 CCMs. Just average info like un-registered phones, tsp errors, etc...Check out your event logs and see how helpful they are..
