Is'it possible to directly sent an incoming call to a voice mail.

Is'it possible to ask a pw to acces to the phone setting, to block someone how try to modified the ringtype of his co-worker.

Does is exist an Do not Distrub button ?

Can I remove the exit button of the idle url ?

I am assuming you are talking about Callmanager, Some of these are dependent on the version of CCM.

1. If you mean to redirect the call as it is ringing, with CCM 4.0+ you can you iDivert softkey button and send an incoming call to voicemail, you can also set callForwardAll to VM

2. Not sure if I understand, but there is no way to block an access to the phone settings without modifying the Cisco XML pages (not supported), you can however limit the avialable ringtones by modifying ringtones.xml page

3. No, only for IPMA manager. It does however exist on Callmanager Express

4. Again, you would have to play with the xml and jre pages
