Masking a caller's DN internally

CCM 4.1(3)sr2, IPCC Enterprise 6.0(0)sr4, Unity voicemail 4.0(5).

I have a support desk scenario where internal callers use a 4-digit number (2000) to hit a route point into IPCC. When the call is routed to an agent, the agent's phone number appears on the caller's display. This is also true when the support desk agent calls an internal customer back. I want to display only 2000, rather than the specific agent's name and number in both of these cases. I would also like 2000 to populate the placed/rec'd/missed calls directories of the called patry's phone.

How can I accomplish this? Inbound, I can probably use a translation pattern, but not sure how to manage outbound from the agent.
