max calls on 1 phone?

what is the most calls one phone can handle at one time...It seems like you can only have 2 calls on a line at a time...Those calls would be the active call and the one holding or ringing. how can I set it to take every incoming call and just queue them, it seems that we are giving busy signals when we have more than 2-3 calls coming in on a PRI.

Re: max calls on 1 phone?

Are you referring to an IP phone? Then the answer is 2 calls currently. This is planned in the future to be increased to a much higher number and should be administrator configurable.

In the meantime, you can configure a Call Forward Busy destination. If you need to truly queue the calls then you need to use another system to do that since we currently don't do that directly in CallManager. ICD is one option, and 3rd party vendors offer similar capabilities.
