Max Number of PGs

For a demo ICM environment does anybody know if there maximum number of PGs I can install on a single NT system? I need an ACD PG, CallManager PG, IVR PG, Gateway SQL PG, and a Web PG.

Hi Brent,

I think that you can install the ACD PG, the Call Manager PG, the IVR PG and the Gateway SQL PG on the same server and the Web PG on a different server.

Is there some reason that the Web PG (which I think is really configured as an IVR PG) needs to be on a different server?

Brent,

You can certainly have the Web PG on the same box as long as there is sufficient resources. The IVR and Web can use the same VRU PG, simply configure separate PIMs within the PG setup.

I tried it on a 800MHz 128M ram box and just the sheer load it puts on the box made it unusable. I have it all going on 2 boxes fine.
