Is there a max number of device associations for CCM 4.1.3? We have 5 subs and one pub, and approx. 1500 phones. I am just wondering if we are getting close to our limit.

Thanks!

Hi Scott,

This calculation is based on the type of server you are using. Have a look, I'm sure you are going to be good to go;

Cisco 7800 Series Media Convergence Servers

Data Sheets

From this doc;

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/voiceapp/ps378/products_data_sheets_list.html

Here is an example that refers to the 7845-H1;

The Cisco MCS 7845-H1 can run any of the following Cisco Systems applications:

Cisco Unified CallManager-Up to **7500 IP phones per server**.

Hope this helps!

Rob

Use the Cisco Unified Communications SRND Based on Cisco Unified CallManager 4.x found here:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_implementation_design_guide_book09186a00806e8a79.html

In there you'll find the Cisco Unified CallManager Platform Capacity Planning:
