We have a CCM-Cluster in Location A and 15 IP-Phones in Location B. Between the locations we have a WAN with 360ms roundtrip delay. In location B we have also a gateway with an ISDN-BRI. If we call a phone in location B via the BRI, it takes about 6 seconds after going off hook before we get the audio stream. The GW ist a h323-GW, enabling h.245-fast start reduces the delay down to 4sec, but still not acceptable. Is there a max. roundtrip delay like the 40ms between CCMs in a cluster? Any ideas?
