MCS-7815I-2.0-EVV1 Upgrade

I have been asked to upgrade the HDD from 40Gb to 72 or 80Gb on an MCS-7815I-2.0-EVV1, in order to load CM5. Does anyone know of a part number that I can obtain for this. CCO has no information.

thanks in advance

The part number for the 80Gb drive is HDD-7815-I2-80=. See the following link for confirmation.

Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.

Thanks, but this is for a SATA HDD. I have a 40Gb ATA. My understanding was that the serial drive is incompatible with this.

You will not get all of the features of SATA, but the drive will work if you use a SATA HBA and interface cable. Take a look at the "What do I need to integrate SATA" section in the following link.
